Location & Topography

Delta is located South of the Fraser River and just West of Surrey. Both Delta and Surrey are quite similar in topography as the two municipalities are connected to each other.  The neighbourhoods in Delta consist of many one and two storey homes, generally configured as a rancher or bi-level.
