Ladner Roof Moss Removal & Roof Cleaning Services

Homes in Ladner are mostly on the older side with many of the layouts structured as a rancher or bi-level home. Most roofs in the ladner area are asphalt shingle, fiberglass laminate or durroid. Over the years, especially on the North facing sections of the roof, you are likely starting to see black stains or discolorations on your shingles-that is algae. Most homeowners think that this cannot be removed and many times they will replace their roof prematurely because of it.

Our organic, moss and algae roof treatment, once applied will bubble up and loosen the organic growth on your roof. It will kill all moss spores and will gently lift the black stains from the shingles. After many rainfalls, the algae/stains will start to fade away and in time your roof will become clean again. This moss and algae roof treatment is safe for all types of roofs and comes with a 2 year moss-free warranty.

Location & Topography

Ladner is situated directly south of Richmond and is part of the City of Delta. It is known as a fishing and farming community which include numerous organic berry farms in the area. Ladner receives a little less rainfall than the rest of the cities within the lower mainland, however moss and algae is still an issue as there are sections in the community with tall trees and vegetation growth that can shade areas of the roof, encouraging moss growth.
