Neighborhoods in Tsawwassen are mostly heavily treed, especially in the older, original neighborhoods. Much of the new developments which include houses or condos, will not need any type of roof cleaning, moss removal or gutter cleaning done very often as there are no large trees or vegetation provides leaves, sticks/branches etc to fill up the gutters or provide shade, allowing more moss to grow.

Power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing should NOT be preformed at anytime on Asphalt shingle, Fiberglass Laminate, or durriod shingles as it will remove the protective granules from the shingle, resulting in roof damage.
